“There is a
reason why people fall in love with the food
when visiting Greece,” says Dino. “It is
fresh, flavorful and simple.” With indoor
and outdoor seating, the Lazy Greek Café
offers meze, or appetizers prepared with the
finest imported and homemade ingredients.
For example, some tempting dishes include
avgolemono soup, a chicken broth and lemon
soup made from scratch, sandwiches served on
homemade bread, and gyros served with
homemade tzatziki, a sauce made with
cucumber, garlic and yogurt.
Specialty
items include classics like eggplant mousaka,
pastichio pasta, spanakopita and tiropita.
Dino prepares Souvlaki platters with your
choice of chicken breast, pork tenderloin,
or lamb grilled to order. Platters are
served with Campari tomatoes, English
cucumbers, Greek feta, olives, tzatziki,
skordalia and pita bread. On Fridays in
season, make reservations to enjoy tender
rack of lamb served with lemon roasted
potatoes and a salad garnish.
All salads
at the Lazy Greek Café are made with fresh
vegetables, imported Greek premium cheeses
and olives, along with dolmades, stuffed
grape leaves topped with homemade dressing.
Be sure to
save room for a decadent dessert such as
homemade baklava, melfe, assorted cookies,
cakes, and the sumptuous custard-filled
boughatza.
The Lazy
Greek Café also features a convenient Greek
market, where you will find exclusive
regional Greek wines ranging from ports to
Retsina. Other beverages include imported
beer and soda from Greece. Additionally, you
will find authentic Greek specialties such
as sheep and goat’s milk cheeses, olives,
Greek sausage, olive oils, spices and teas.
If you are
ready to enjoy the legendary foods of
Greece, join Dino and Wendy Lykopoulos along
with their sons, Lefteri and George, for a
truly authentic Greek culinary experience at
the Lazy Greek Café cozily located in the
Brickyard Plaza under a beautiful ficus tree
canopy.

Dine inside,
outdoors in the courtyard, or take your food
to go. |
