Star Fruit Bruschetta

In a bowl, combine raspberries, red grapes, pineapple, pistachios and jalapeno peppers. Gently mix in sugar to taste. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese and a bit of cream to make the consistency of the cream cheese smooth enough to spread on the star fruit, but not too thin or it will drip off. Spread a layer of cream cheese on the sliced star fruit and then top with the fruit mixture.
