Judy Mazrin brings a compassionate manner to real estate, one based in an understanding that it is about relationships. “People care about the Realtor, so it’s a one-on-one thing,” she explains. “When people are looking for a home, I realize that they are buying a lifestyle, so I take the time with them to be sure I understand what that means to them. I want my clients to be happy. I want them to call me again down the line, when they are looking to make their next move, and to be so satisfied that they refer me to their family and friends.”
An added benefit in working with Judy is that she excels at decorating and staging a home for sale. She bubbles with enthusiasm, explaining how she enjoys doing this for her sellers because she has seen numerous times how readily it appeals to buyers. “It’s amazing how just changing something as simple as a paint color can make a huge difference. With one seller, when we repainted, the house sold in days,” says Judy with a smile.
Another advantage is Judy’s real estate partnership with Beverly Clark, who shares her passion for the Gulf Coast region. Beverly is a “Florida gal” who appreciates all the area has to offer,
with its beautiful beaches, plentiful activities and vibrant arts community. Beverly shares, “I love being in real estate. It gives me the opportunity to see more in each city and to meet some very wonderful people!”
Judy has become a specialist in the Venetian Golf and River Club, a community which she says lives up to its slogan, “Where Living is an Art.” She has a deep appreciation for its lifestyle, having lived there for eight years and owned four homes during that period. The neighborhood has tremendous appeal, as Judy explains, “People who live here tend to want to stay in the Venetian, and so they typically move up within the community. They form great, lifelong friendships and there’s so much to do, with the health club, golf, tennis, social amenities and restaurants. It is truly a wonderful place to live!”
Judy and Beverly also sell new WCI homes, where buyers may select their lots. Passionate and knowledgeable about the Venice area, the duo also has represented buyers and sellers from Bradenton and Sarasota to Siesta Key, and even points further south such as Englewood, North Port and Port Charlotte.
When asked what brought her into real estate, Judy responds without hesitation, “In a word, people. I love people.
